Our Spinner Pole lifetime warranty (Strongest poles in the world guaranteed for life) stands behind its products and offers a lifetime warranty on all Spinner Pole products. The items included in our lifetime warranty are our base plates, bearings, connectors, splitters, tensioning and speed control system, and spacers. Under this warranty any of the items listed above will be replaced after the return of the damaged item.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, and any abuse and use of our products not for the intended purpose. All custom cut pole lengths are non-refundable and also not covered by our warranty. Any scratches or chips falls under wear and tear and are not covered. All sales are final. All shipping is covered by the consumer for all returns and warranty products. New parts will be shipped when damaged or warranty parts are returned.
