SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
All shipping is covered by the consumer for all returns and warranty products. New parts will be shipped when damaged or warranty parts are returned.
All items are shipped next day through UPS Ground or UPS FreightIf there is any damage due to improper shipping, new items will be sent out as soon as items are returned. Must notify Spinner Poles within 3 days of receiving damaged product through our contact page.
